Why invest in TinyBox
For decades, families build up wealth by buying a house. As they pay down their mortgage, they’ll be able to retire with a fully paid house. However, with current housing prices, many cannot to afford to buy.
Real-estate is an illiquid and high-stakes asset. This means that it’s hard to buy and sell very frequently, and if you invest incorrectly you could lose a lot of money.
How does it work?
Buy a TinyBox (or 10) at the pre-order pricing. When they’re completed (usually 3-6 months after), you can choose to let us sell them for you, at the “Buy Now” price, which is 10% higher.
You can close each of your investment within a few months, and you can invest as little as $20k at a time.
