After a free quote and design consultation, we ask for a $3,000 deposit to engineer your utility solution, secure permitting if needed, and lock your spot in the next production batch.
From there, a 50% downpayment is required to begin production, 25% when your kit arrives on site, and the final 25% upon completion. -
We’re currently booking for our Settlers batch, where assembly will begin fall 2025.
Should that timeline not work for you, we’re also booking for Spring of 2026.

We use the foundation that makes the most sense on every given site. Most of the time, we use ground screws due to their speed, stability and frost resistance.

For connections to grid, we provide a range in our pricing calculators, as the cost will depend on factors such as distance, soil conditions, and access.
In the discovery call, we’ll determine your most cost effective solution. In cases where utilities are nearby, connecting to the grid is typically the most economical option. In cases where there are no nearby utilities, our off-grid technology is more economical than running new utilities to your land.

Our standard process is to provide a range in our pricing calculators, as shipping a home to middle-of-nowhere faces different costs than shipping to a city.

Customers get a 10 year warranty for any structural failure of our unit. In addition to this, we’re providing a complimentary checkup at the end of year 1, where we’ll fix any issue you’re encountering.
